The ring itself is great and the two cogged parts spin both ways easily. I bought it to help with anxiety and to help ease me off using my vape.
The original I ordered (Z) was too small to wear on my chunky index finger, so Iasked for the next size up (Z1?). The returns process was easy BUT after that I didn't hear anything or see any change to my refund on the website for weeks. For a compnay selling products to aid anxiety I would have appreciated a bit more communication as to the progress of the refund. It seemed to take an email prompt to get an answer and the replacement ring arrived not too long after.
It's a small but significant point for me. Can't fault them or their products otherwise.
